Higher Guidance Reading for the Taurus New Moon

Bring back balance and inner harmony into your body and your life.

Do you feel like you're living in balance with all aspects of who you truly are?

Balance is something we are all constantly in flow with, in our bodies and our lives.

This Taurus New Moon is giving us some respite and energy to help us reconsider our daily habits, to bring things into balance, and to keep taking the steps we need to to make our dreams come true.
Keep going, my friend! And remember to honor your needs (and fill your cup first).

After channeling this message, I was reminded of this personal truth: the outside world is a reflection of the inner world. Inner balance = outer peace.
As with all higher guidance readings, take what resonates for you and leave the rest.

HIGHER GUIDANCE READING FOR THE NEW MOON:

The New Moon in Taurus is ushering in balance in our lives, if only we are willing to come back to center and let the scales tip evenly once more.

This is about balancing different 'polarities'—the masculine and feminine, the yin and yang. The creative and the logical minds. The active and passive sides of us all. 

For truly, nothing is so deeply entrenched in one camp or the other that it cannot be brought back to center, where all is remembered and felt to be whole again.

The illusion many on Earth must reconcile is that there is such a thing as ‘difference’ or separation. 

In psychology we know that either/or thinking is not helpful when attempting to solve problems or find common ground with another.

And still. We forget.

We forget to slow down, to breathe, to think, to find another way.

Take the higher view.

Come back to the place where we feel in tune and in balance once more with all aspects of ourselves. The oneness of it all.

The balance between the yin and yang energies is a delicate dance, meant to be maintained and honored in each new step taken. It’s a constant give and take. 

Like the ocean tides. In and out. 

An effective technique to bring balance into the body and into one’s life is to slowly breathe in and out through the heart center, with the intention of coming back to center, and letting the rest go for 3-5 minutes. 

If, while breathing in and out of the heart center there is an errant thought that you need to move, or accomplish x, y, or z…let it be there. And return to the breath.

If there is a feeling that you should just let yourself fall asleep, or give up on the exercise, let that desire be there, and keep your eye trained on your heart center, on the movement going in and out of the heart. And return your focus to the breath.

Take a few moments in the next several days to be intentional about how to bring more balance in your life, and you will notice more synchronicities and opportunities as you take rightful action for your path. 

It isn’t really about ‘doing’ or ‘not doing’. It’s about being.

Let divine spirit flow through you. Let yourself surrender and come back in harmony once more. You have systems within you that naturally know how to do this.

And sometimes, coming back into balance is as simple as breathing…1, 2, 3. 

Taurus energy from this new moon is giving us space to pause and reflect on our lives and bring more peace and balance into our inner worlds. 

Make a (new) habit of flowing into balance within, and you will see great results unfold in your life.
